    -Highschool degree or higher;
    -Good level of English, written and oral;
    -Similar previous experience in reception can be a strong plus;
    -Positive and open attitude, proactivity, quick thinking;
    -Highly organized and flexible;
    -Communication: Being able to speak and write about their findings clearly, as well as understand assignments and instructions;
    -Attention to Detail: Finding the right information takes concentration;
    -Critical Thinking: Using decisive reasoning to determine the best course of action in their research;
    -Technical Skills: Using computers to research information, as well as record findings;
    -Digital skills: Basic competency: Email (Outlook), Microsoft Office™ (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.


    The Front Desk Officer role will serve all companies in the Psyence group.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Front Desk Officer will perform the following main responsibilities:

    -Answering and forwarding phone calls;
    -Scheduling meetings;
    -Printing and preparing various materials;
    -Work with internal and external correspondence;
    -Meeting guests and managing meeting rooms;
    -Being responsible for protocol activities during meetings, trainings and other events;
    -Approving and ordering of necessary office products and stationery;
    -Maintaining the relationship with the suppliers;
    -Assisting all departments in resolving day to day issues;
    -Greeting the external clients that come to assist various projects (usually from 6 to 8 PM, a few times a month).
