    Provide employees with information about organizational and administrative procedures, technical maintenance;
    Welcome visitors, clients and job candidates;
    Involved in organizing meetings, conferences, seminars and webinars;
    Monitor and coordinate incoming phone calls;
    Control over the contract workflow process (organization of signing process, delivery to counteragents, provide the Initiators and Legal Officers with hard copies and scans of contracts);
    Coordinate meeting rooms maintenance, bookings and appointments
    Administrate incoming and outgoing mail correspondence (cooperation with courier services; delivery of correspondence, sort of incoming mails);
    Monitor issues resolution progress Corporate System - Service Desk (control over the deadlines of solving the tickets with Issue Type Front Desk);
    Maintain information in Corporate Directories up to date - Enterprise Directory (adding information about workplaces, phone numbers, personal assistants and printing labels for employees);
    Create and follow process of Purchasing Requests/Orders in Corporate Financial System - Oracle;
    Help in organization of trainings and seminars for PTC;
    Accomplish ad-hoc Front Desk related tasks.
    Openness to work on request as an exception overtime(compensated with free hours)
