Minimum 2 ani experienta intr-o pozitie similara de lucru;
Cunostinte medii de operare in Excel (vlookup, pivoti, formule);
Cunostinte solide de legislatia muncii;
Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel mediu.
Oferirea suportului in verificarea pontajelor lunare;
Oferirea suportului in realizarea si transmiterea documentelor necesare angajarii, modificarii si desfacerii contractelor individuale de munca;
Intocmirea si tinerea evidentei documentelor aferente concediilor de odihna si concediilor medicale;
Centralizarea lunara a tichetelor de masa;
Asigurarea suportului pe partea de arhiva resurse umane.
