    -Relevant working experience in a similar position;
    -Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment;
    -Proven experience in communication of results to a variety of stakeholders including senior management and effectively developed solutions (including implementation) stakeholder requirements;
    -Previous projects and teamwork in an international and environment;
    -Ability to manage multiple projects (managing resources, milestone and task planning, project controlling, monitoring, and reporting) and to develop solutions while considering stakeholder structures and requirements;
    -Experience in analyzing complex information;
    -Fluency in English. German language- nice to have;
    -Good knowledge of MS-Outlook;
    -Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel.
    -An accurate and reliable way of working;
    -Very good communication and organizational skills;
    -Pro-active and solution-oriented behavior.


    For our client, a global IT service provider for financial services, we are recruiting an Executive Assistant.

    The Executive Assistant will provide remote strategic support to Senior Leaders and contribute to the success of the Executive Office. The role requires involvement in current projects and initiatives and serving as a communication interface between various stakeholders across functions.


    -Preparing and coordinating meetings/workshops (organization, presentations, minutes, follow up) in close cooperation with Board office / Executive Office colleagues;
    -Executing ad-hoc requests in a timely, reliable, and independent fashion;
    -Coordinate and follow-up on requests with Management Teams and other departments providing advice and recommendations as appropriate and required;
    -Ensure coordination and consistency across the Executive Offices on overarching topics;
    -Roll-out of best practices and perform internal reviews;
    -In charge of project steering and coordination;
    -Manage timely and relevant communication, especially within and across the different departments;
    -Delivering basic analysis/consultancy/training to improve business architecture as part of projects and initiatives;
    -General administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests.
