In Cluj, Bosch established an Automotive Electronics Plant. Since it's opening, in 2013, the company developed high quality products and innovative solutions for international customers. The manufacturing portfolio displays electronic control units for safety in traffic, comfort functions and driving convenience. Additionally, the plant produces electronic control units for eBike powertrain, designed to inspire our mobility behaviour.

Personality:

• You are well organized, focused and able to meet strict deadline;

Education:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Technical Field

Experience and Skills:

• Colleagues can describe you as an analytical person with strong problem solving skills;
• Your past experience gave you a strong decision making ability;
• You can effectively cope with change and feel comfortable while handling risk and uncertainty;
• Your focus is on collaboration, using effective coaching skills;

• Broad technical knowledge about manufacturing of series production;
• Demonstrated ability in leading multifunctional teams;
• Good knowledge in technical processes as Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of statistical methods.

Languages:

• English - mandatory level C1;
• German - it is not mandatory but it is an advantage .

Your valuable contribution to something big

• You are part of the SMT department, which ensures functional coordination for processes in Automotive Industry;
• You prepare and conduct the yearly evaluation of the associates and give frequent feedback to associates;
• You ensure the achievement of KPI-targets, develop the team and collaboration;
• You give support to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost targets with focus on technical downtime;
• You are responsible to establish strong collaboration with other Technical Groups, Quality, Planning & Production;
• You participate in customer audits;
• You are responsible for service and maintenance team in SMT area;
• You are in charge of assuring team growth and development.
