Continental Engineering Services Sample Production is the ModelShop, a high-tech, well equipped department for the production of prototypes, samples, design patterns, and small series. For the most creative and flexible craftsmen and inventors of the ModelShop there is only one motto: "For our craftsmanship, nothing is impossible!". CES Sample Production in Timisoara is active in following domains: Electronic Manufacturing of pre-production samples; Electronic Manufacturing of small series; Mechanical parts machining and assembly, various CNC machines operation; Form Casting.

    The Project Administration Support has the following responsibilities:

    * manages the complete process of buying components needed in Prototype Shop;
    * keeps inventory of our internal stocks, order re-fills when needed;
    * keeps the agreed deadlines and budgets; receives items ordered and check if they are the right quality and number;
    * prepare components and materials for the prototype production;
    * collaborate with Product Responsables, Project Managers, Purchasers, Customers and Suppliers to get things done;
    * ensures PO tracking, by maintaining permanent contact with the suppliers and the requesters and guarantees supplies;
    * prepares standard reports to make results transparent and control purchasing activities on a results oriented basis.

    Job requirements:

    * Advanced experience in Office software suite, especially Excel;
    * Attention to details and quality oriented;
    * Ability to work simultaneously on several projects, i.e. multitasking;
    * Ability to work under pressure;
    * Good communication and networking skills;
    * English spoken and written;

    Nice to have:

    * Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience;
    * Negotiation skills.
