-Very good written and spoken Czech along with medium English skills;
-Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems;
-Ability to work well with Clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and -develop strong relationships;
-Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly;
-Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoy working in multinational environment;
-Very good communication skills and superior listening skills.
-Communicate with Czech customers via phone, chat & e-mail;
-Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner;
-Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
-Work towards reaching the standard team deadline.
