University education
Previous experience in purchasing 2 years
Fluent knowledge of English (B2)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft excel
Experience working with SAP is mandatory
Ability to conduct end user training
Flexibility, adaptability and process improvement approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Support operational topics related to shortage of material, lead teleconferences with supplier in case of escalation from MP&L team
Manage design changes implementation with suppliers
Negotiate purchase parts prices
Track and explain PPV
Delivere defined level of positive PPV impact on PAT
Responsible for supplier timing
Creates Purchased orders, Scheduling Agreements and Tool orders
Follow and register order/delivery confirmations
Manage samples procurement including the problem solving within Varroc
Release purchase orders for samples according to project requirements and purchase requisitions in SAP
Report status of ongoing activities
Make Capacity studies according to changed mix rates and volumes. Share piece price and investments impact with Project manager
Come with resourcing/distributor change ideas
Negotiate cancellation costs
Make line audits at suppliers
Lead DCRM activities with supplier
Implement DCRM ideas inside Varroc
Make benchmark activities for existing parts
Release of request for better Payment terms related to local suppliers
Negotiate supplier charge back and escalate to commodity segment leader in case of no success
Manage Last Time Buy process
Always focus on process improvement and automation
Other purchasing activities

The initial contract will be on a 6 month contract through a leasing agency.
