- Excellent speaking and writing skills in German (C1) and English (B2);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
- Willingness to search for information from customer with a strong focus on solving clients’ requests;
- Previous work experience in an international environment- nice to have;
- Good Communication and Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO / Contact center will be an added advantage.
For one of our clients, a leading worldwide digital contact center services provider with over 25 years of experience, we are looking for a Customer Support with German and English.
The Customer Support Associate will be responsible with delivering exemplary customer service via phone calls and email. The activity is carried out fully remote.
- Delivering the best customer support service via phone calls and email
- Managing phone calls and emails from customers and handling inquiries about new reservations, changes to existing bookings and other aspects of the services available such as baggage queries.
