    Since 2014, Linde Global Services Romania (LGS Romania) is the captive shared service center of Linde plc based in Timisoara, processing and supporting a variety of intra-company functions and services in the area of Order-to-Cash for Linde Germany and Linde Switzerland.     • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Mandatory advanced level (B2/C) of German and intermediate level of English languages
    • Knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus
    • Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)
    • Client support/customer service experience
    • Detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
    • Flexibility, initiative, and organizational skills
    • Ability to learn fast and adapt easily
    • Openness to travel in Germany during training periods


    Name of the position: Front Office Analyst
    Team: Therapeutics Team - Medical Gases division
    Reports to position: Team Lead Therapeutics
    Type of role: Full-time, 8hrs/day, 40hrs/week
    Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 -16:00hrs (Shift 1) and 10:00-18:00hrs (Shift 2)

    Key responsibilities:

    Customer Support:
    • First-level telephone support for existing customers related to medical therapies
    • Offer support for health insurance companies, companies and other third parties
    • Solve customer queries over the phone
    • Coordination of delivery and return dates
    • Creation of service notes, exchange orders
    • Receive and process orders

    Corrections and solving complaints: Analyze complaints and requests from customers and propose solutions; Request approvals, when necessary, for implement corrections and changes; Communicate solutions and feedback to the customer

    Reporting: Creation and delivery of reports required by customer and management as part of business dynamics
