    Cerinte

    • Advanced level of English C1;
    • Good use of Microsoft Office tools;
    • Previous experience in technical support or call center environment (constitutes an advantage);
    • A desire to work in a competitive environment;
    • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree;
    • Availability for a 24/7 (5 days a week) in 8.5 hour rotated shifts (including availability for night shift).

    Responsabilitati

    • Provides phone support regarding services, products, equipment and billing;
    • Examine and research complex problems and offer appropriate solutions based on existing procedures;
    • Provide inbound or outbound calls based on requirements;
    • Have the ability to sell as per the clients need;
    • Proactively report any roadblocks.
