Have a combination of technical and pedagogic skills;
Be ready to adapt the style of communication appropriately to the audience/receivers;
Have a desire to learn new technologies and to develop cross-domain competence and training for teaching;
Ability to absorb, adapt and communicate technical information.

Key Qualifications:

Solid understanding of general Packet Core solutions for 3G, 4G and 5G networks and different 3GPP releases;
Deep knowledge on Core products and solutions (EPG/MME/SGSN-MME/WMG/SAPC);
Should have end to end understanding of Packet Core Solutions, Cloud environment and how EPC/Dual core solutions can be deployed over cloud;
Ability to handle labs to prepare and test exercises for training deliveries;
Understanding of VMWARE / CEE /Kubernetes based deployments;
Hands-on experience on MME, EPG, SAPC, WMG for example deployment, integration, troubleshooting, feature testing;
Good understanding of Ericsson dual core solution (PCC/PCG/CCXX) product line;
Good to have experience on Ericsson ECCD, CEE;
Linux knowledge;
Solid grasp of wireless technologies (call flow), related protocols and telecommunication standards;
Excellent presentation skills;
Ability to travel globally and work in different timezone if required.

Prepare and conduct high quality technical training programs for internal and customers;
Deliver virtual classroom training, where the instructor sits in one location and the students in another location, but may also deliver face-to-face training;
Expand portfolio, develop technical course content, setup lab environment and customize training.
