2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner managing projects in a fast-paced agile environment;

Experience in coordinating at least one external project, being the main point of contact between the client and your company

Have managed a project team based on a Scrum framework, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Scrums.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Romanian;

A good understanding of the tech stack and the start-to-end app development process;

Be a business savvy specialist that can evaluate the context in order to make sound decisions.

You will continuously be working with clients and in-house personnel to maximize the available resources and come up with optimal solutions;

Communicate with clients, business managers, and the development team regularly to make sure everyone has a clear overview.

Create product roadmaps and align the project goals, resources, and timeline;

Create, prioritize and manage the product backlog;

Oversee the development stages and evaluate product progress at each iteration;

Make sure to reach the project goals in the planned deadlines.
