Category related

Support for planning sales volumes and expenses for promotional activities, preparing files for Commercial Reviews meetings, for assigned categories
Planning all promotional activities in CRM for the assigned categories
Preparation of reports specific to the assigned categories, in accordance with internal planning.
Control of expenses with promotional activities versus the allocated budget for the allocated categories

Customer related

Preparation of data, analyzes and customized reports per client according to the request of the KA team.
Preparation of sales analyzes, presentations for interdepartmental meetings Sales - Marketing - CCSD
Resolution of credit notes (receipt of request, verification, issuance coordination, sending to the client)
Control of expenses with promotional activities versus the allocated budget for the allocated clients
Communication with the client: issuing, signing and sending the promo forms agreed with the client
Preparation and submission of promo pre-evaluation forms
