    Studii medii finalizate cu diploma de absolvire;
    Cunostinte PC la un nivel mediu;
    Bune abilitati de organizare si comunicare.


    Preluarea apelurilor telefonice si rezolvarea operativa a solicitarilor clientilor;
    Efectuarea sau anularea programarilor;
    Informarea pacientilor in legatura cu serviciile oferite;
    Oferirea suportului in accesarea rezultatelor online;
    Promovarea serviciilor companiei in randul potentialilor clienti.

    Programul de lucru este de 8h/zi, in ture, desfasurate de luni pana vineri in intervalul orar 07:00-18:00 (tura 1: 07:00 - 15:00 si tura 2: 10:00 - 18:00) si in zilele de sambata, prin rotatie, 6h/zi (08:00 - 14:00);
    Contract pe perioada determinata de 12 luni cu posibilitatea de prelungire;
    Asigurare privata Medicover.
