    Able to drive Support, Implementations and Upgrades if required.
    Should have experience in Stake Holder Management and Customer Communication.
    Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support experiences.
    Good Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (Core HR, Payroll, Fast formula, PMS & Talent).
    Knowledge on Business Processes with good exposure to AIM/OUM Methodology of Execution.
    Able to handle and support the teams.
    Should show ease in communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
    Should work independently.
    Should have sound knowledge in Technical Skills as well as functional Skills.
    Fluency in English and/or French


    As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you are primarily responsible for performing complex duties & tasks, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs, ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget, whilst applying company methodology, procedures, and best practices throughout the lifecycle of the implementation project.
    •Analyses software requirements, defines solution parameters and specifications.
    •Involved in the high-level planning and implementation methodology of the project.
    •Apply professional mastery and industry-wide understanding of technology, tools and methodologies to develop solutions in leading edge or critical situations.
    •Handle the customer and manage situations during the implementation life cycle.
    •Build and maintain strong & collaborative relationship with business stakeholders and vendors.
    •Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts. Support client with the execution of test scripts.
    •Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
    •Assist software developers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.
    •Report and highlight workstream risks and issues to the project management team.
    •Review the technical solution designs, configuration aligned with the functional solution.
    •Coordinate with the product development team to provide inputs for the future enhancement of the product.

    We are recruiting for a Global Oracle Partner looking to expand and form a large team for ongoing and upcoming projects in EU countries like UK, Germany, France, Netherlands & Sweden.
    The role is fully remote with the possibility to travel on some occasions to the client's site. Long term assignments with opportunities for trainings and development.
