Senior Accountant ( Real estate)

Higher degree in economics, qualified accountant qualification a plus;
At least 3 years of experience in FULL ACCOUNTING, Compiling a Report;
Experience in statutory reporting;
Experience in end-to-end accounting practices;
Knowledge on tax regulations - VAT;
Computer skills (Excel highlighted)
Real estate experience is an advantage;
Open minded, flexible, proactive, organised, agile;

Offering support for preparing the detailed cash-flows as per the group request;
The relationship with the banks and of course to be able to adapt working with Axapta and Salesforce
English language skills
Checking and preparing the content of invoices
Participation in consolidation processes
Regular reconciliation and verification of tax current accounts, indication of discrepancies
Completion of year-end and mid-year closures
Preparation of tax calculations / tax returns
Preparation of reports
Implementation of year-end and mid-year closures
