Migration Specialist

Migration Specialist is responsible for supporting Sales in License Migration process by managing quoting process, advising on complex cases, accumulating and sharing expertise with internal teams and external teams on demand.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing Quoting process for License Migration cases within the established process

Coordinating with teams involved in Migration cases: sales, renewals, deal desk, licensing, others

Ensure proactive engagement from Sales into Migration cases

Maintains strong knowledge on current Migration policy, licensing and pricing.

Acting as knowledge center for internal and external teams on migration process and policies

Maintain reports and data on Migration cases, trends and presents it to sales management per request

Develop and assist in documenting (non) standard migration processes

Propose operations processes improvements that streamline Lic Migration process and policy to improve internal collaboration and customer experience

Work with management to ensure operational processes & procedures are unified across regional teams to avoid confusion amongst the teams about role responsibilities and execution.

Bachelor's degree

Proven Experience in B2B Environment in coordination and administrative capacity

Fluent English (other languages are a plus (any experience in Sales/Renewals/Licensing and Order processing will be a plus)

Good communications skills

Ability to understand the details, attention to detail, analytical skills

Good logical thinking skills

Ability to work with a large amount of information, in multitasking mode

Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment

Must be high energy, motivated self-starter

Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
