    Requirements

    Cum arata profilul candidatului cautat :

    Student(a)/absolvent(a) studii superioare;
    Experienta minim 6 luni in activitati de recrutare sau stagii de practica sau internship;
    Dorinta de dezvoltare in domeniul resurselor umane;
    Abilitati de organizare, planificare si prioritizare;
    Creativitate, proactivitate si orientare catre angajati;
    Are disponibilitate de asimilare a informatiilor si perfectionare intr-un ritm rapid;
    Bune cunostinte de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
    Cunoastere limba engleza/alta limba de circulatie internationala – constituie avantaj.

    Responsibilities

    Activitati recrutare:

    Creeaza si se ocupa de postarea anunturilor de recrutare;
    Gestioneaza procesul de screening CV-uri in baza de date si programarea interviurilor;
    Sustine interviurile si ofera consultanta echipei de management in alegerea candidatului potrivit;
    Participa la ofertarea candidatilor selectati in procesul de recrutare;
    Ofera feedback candidatilor la finalul procesului de recrutare;
    Actualizeaza zilnic informatiile in bazele de date specifice; Identifica in mod constant noi canale si strategii de recrutare;

    Activitati specifice echipe HR:

    Acorda suport la intocmirea dosarului de angajare;
    Mentine legatura cu furnizorii specifici activitatii de HR (programari medicina si protectia muncii);
    Sustine exit interviews precum si discutiile de retentie cu colegii noi;
    Programeaza si sustinere discutiile periodice cu angajatii activi;
    Se implica activ in proiectele de HR, avand posibilitatea de a asimila si aplica multe informatii ;
    Identifica si aplica noi strategii pe zona de retentie a angajatilor.
