Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
Have experience (0-2 years / 3-5 years - we have multiple positions) in pipeline/mechanical engineering and the design of details.
Have experience in 2D and 3D mechanical modeling and design activities.
Experience in 2D (AutoCAD and MicroStation) and 3D modeling systems using AutoCAD Plant 3D, CadWorx, Revit will be an advantage.
Have experience with American Standards and Codes will be an advantage.
Ability to collect data from the site for As Built documentation.
Good understanding of P&IDs.
Good knowledge of pipe supports design.
Good understanding of equipment and piping specifications.
Capability to read and understand vendor drawings.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
Ability to interface with other disciplines.
Problem solving skills and finding the most suitable solutions for our clients.
General learning and decision-making abilities.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English is required as well as advanced software skills - preferably AutoCAD Plant 3D (Revit will be an advantage).

Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered.

Provides guidance to entry level engineers.
Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.
Participates in elaborating pipe projects at a conception level
Assists in elaborating necessary specifications on the projects
Learns all the necessary laws, codes and rules regarding pipe flexibility calculations
Assists in creating technological schemes with the Process Department
Assists in creating Plot Plans and equipment plans with the Mechanical Department
Assists in creating pipe routes from the being especially involved in testing the flexibility and functionality of the supports
Assists in evaluating and checking the project with Design Review
