Gi Group is looking for a Customer Service Advisor with Italian for a very well known BPO company.
B2 Italian level for speaking and writing;
PC and Microsoft Office skills;
Client and detail oriented;
Provides e-mail and phone assistance regarding the products delivery status and return;
Cooperates with accounting department and service providers in order to ensure the (re) payments work smoothly and flowless;
Demonstrate empathy towards the customer’s needs and concerns, while maximizing the opportunity to develop a relationship with the customer;
Participates to team and performance improvement activities (workshops, trainings, coaching, incentives).
