In Cluj, Bosch established an Automotive Electronics Plant. Since it's opening, in 2013, the company developed high quality products and innovative solutions for international customers.
The manufacturing portfolio displays electronic control units for safety in traffic, comfort functions and driving convenience. Additionally, the plant produces electronic control units for eBike powertrain, designed to inspire our mobility behavior.

- You are well organized, focused and able to meet strict deadlines;

- Bachelor/Master's degree in a technical field
Experience and Skills:
- You are able to work in a team and to communicate;
- You are self-dependent and structured as a person;
- Broad knowledge of quality methods, e.g. 8D, 5Why, FMEA, CP and of technical statistics;
- Basic Knowledge of IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP as occasional user.
- English - a good level is mandatory;
- German /Hungarian/ French - it is not mandatory but it is an advantage.

Your valuable contribution to something big
- You develop quality concepts for new and existing products;
- You are in charge of self-dependent planning and carrying out of product audits as well as release of the production equipment;
- You ensure a preventive high-quality work in the product development process (Quality Gates);
- You give support to release the initial samples (PPAP process);
- You introduce and monitor quality processes and develop the quality management-system;
- You will cooperate and exchange know-how with our lead plants in Germany, France and Hungary.
