    Profile requirements:

    University degree in economics, engineering, or any related field
    Ideally 2+ years relevant work experience in planning/scheduling
    Experience working with ERPs / multiple supplier systems
    Prior working knowledge of Visual Planning/MRP systems preferred
    Excellent Excel command
    Fluent English, ideally second language
    Good communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
    Confident decision making
    Ability to act quickly
    Effective planning skills
    Flexibility to change direction fast and handle responsibilities independently


    What will you do:

    Lead the weekly/monthly data and KPIs reporting and control data accuracy; implement structure in the global reporting processes
    Track the sales forecast accuracy data as well as track and measure internal and external suppliers’ performances
    Understand the demand changes and ensure the communication with the manufacturing sites
    Gather data on the appropriate level of inventories in the business unit
    Follow up on inventory report monthly and monitors the improvement initiatives completion
    Vendor scheduling and supplier order management
    Track issues/material shortages, supports corrective and preventive actions plans
    Consolidate supply reports & KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis, ad hoc reporting
    Follow up on suppliers’ improvement plans and projects
    Master Data control and update
    Manage and develop existing Global Supply Chain reporting for the business unit
    Monitor and manage projects and initiatives in supply chain
