Accounts Receivable Leader

• Fluency in English (at least B2 level both spoken and written); Hungarian-nice to have
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to learn/to adapt to new processes;

• Experience with Accounts Receivable processes

• Monitor the level of unapplied and unidentified items, by taking actions in order to assure at least the maximum agreed level
• Assure the AR monthly closing: respect of deadline and data quality
• Monitor the level of overdue; he/she is accountable for the overdue for the customers in his/her portfolio; verifications are performed in order to identify the cause of overdue and actions are taken in order to decrease its level.
• Decide together with Credit and Legal department the customers that should be write off
• Customer's refund
• Provide support to Conduent (outsourcing company for AR activity)
• Internal control compliance
• Procedure creation and update
• Main interlocutors: Credit Department, outsourcing company for AR activity
