    Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

    Qualifications

    What distinguishes you:

    • Fluent in English and Romanian (spoken and written)
    • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication skills
    • Organizational skills
    • German language is a plus
    • University degree on going

    Job Description

    Your contribution to something big:

    • The duties and attributions of the job enclose secretarial work as well as collaboration with other fields of activity and departments in the plant
    • Responsible for:
    • Office Organization for Head of Department (abr. HoD) including preparation and meeting organization
    • Organizing Business trips and delegation/reimbursement papers for the HOD after returning from business trip
    • Visits of the Management or customers in the department (transfers, hotel bookings, meeting room preparation)
    • Supporting the Department manager by organizing the department task delegation, follow up and information of the employees in the department
    • Synchronization and Connecting department with connected support departments
    • Responsible for Management Information (gathering and spreading, i.e. in the department meeting, in shop floor meetings, Lernstatt)
    • 5S officer for department Office areas, Meeting rooms
    • Time attendance and account report officer
    • Active tracking of major/monthly appointments / events / visits: request and prepare open points for HoD, check if delegation/flight etc. needed 1 month prior
    • Placing office material orders for the office
    • Tracking and informing HoD about tasks from Plant Meetings
    • Keep meeting minutes in the department
    • Organizing and ordering kitchen products
    • Approving and ordering bills via PM7
    • Organizing the post, in and out system, sending, picking up and handling the documents for the department
    • Supporting the new employees (office materials, work equipment, IT requests)
    • Responsible also for the meeting rooms allocated to the office (Organizing meetings- declining and accept it, checking the 5S, technical equipment)
