    Orientare catre client si capacitate de a chestiona anumite situatii implicite;

    Responsabilitati

    Asigura estimarea si planificarea activitatii pentru diverse proiecte de call center
    (prezente sau viitoare) in vederea optimizarii rezultatelor;
    Gestioneaza aplicatia de planificare lunara (administreaza grupurile de agenti in
    functie de proiecte/norma/alte criterii);
    Verifica si modifica regulile de rotatie conform necesitatilor proiectului respectand legislatia aferenta;
    Asigura centralizarea informatilor/planificarilor pentru data base Optima in vederea gestionarii de analize si istoric de informatii;
    Comunica permanent cu echipa de suport in vederea rezolvarii si diminuarii erorilor si gasirii de solutii de eficientizare;
    Asigura realizarea si verificarea raportului de pontaj/planificare pentru Call Center precum si furnizarea acestuia in timp util catre echipa de HR;
    Realizeaza si furnizeaza rapoarte privind performanta si productivitatea pentru activitatea de call center: indicatori de performanta, analize comparative, trenduri, prezentari etc;
    Identifica oportunitati de imbunatatire si propune planuri de actiune;
    Realizeaza si furnizeaza rapoarte specifice la solicitarea Business Analyst-ului Optima.
