Junior Technical Analyst

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
• 0-3 years of previous work experience
• University degree (preferably from technical university)
• Fluent Romanian and English language
• Above average ability to work analytically and creatively in a problem-solving environment
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Very good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Interest and ongoing desire to work in information systems environment
• Flexibility and ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable

As a technical analyst, you will design and deliver innovative solutions for clients based on existing packages, such as Oracle and SAS, or custom-built systems that help clients accelerate business innovation. You will:
- Work on complex systems and application integration projects for clients across industries
- Be involved from the concept stage of analyzing existing processes and designing, through to delivering and integrating the solutions
- Develop a broad set of technology skills in areas like Oracle, Service Oriented Architecture, SFDC, Pega, Mobility, Open Source or technology architecture
- Collaborate with project teams made up of people with diverse and complementary skills
Your daily responsibilities will vary by project, but you may find yourself:

- Analyzing and documenting current business processes and technologies
- Designing and testing new business processes, capabilities, and technologies
- Developing communications and training materials
- Building portions of the application
- Focusing on program management
