Previous experience (min 3 years) in event planning and marketing strategies;
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies;
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns;
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix;
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices;
Project planning and project management skills;
Marketing, event communication and PR skills;
Organizational, leadership and decision-making skills;
Communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluently in english.
Market products to customers and develop strategies to generate interest in these products, creating demand for the products;
Plan internal and external events from start to finish according to target audience and objectives;
Coordinate all operations and lead promotional activities for the event;
Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports;
Demonstrate product or service specifications at trade shows and events;
Ascertain which event would bring the most benefits for the company;
Deliver speeches and presentations about products and services;
Answer questions about products/services, promotion methods;
Conduct trial campaigns;
Offer tutorials or demonstrations;
Work closely with Sales Team to deliver tailored marketing plans based on specific target group;
Regular field visits to monitor and report activity in salons;
Suggest specific product purchases;
Visit specific trade shows/events/clients to market product;
Contact businesses and arrange meetings for demonstrations or exhibitions;
Prepare budgets, source and negotiate with suppliers.
