Sales Technical Support

The ideal candidate:
- Technical knowledge is a plus;
- Higher education, with emphasis on technical education
- Fluent in English at intermediate-advanced level (written and spoken) with good communication skills;
- 1+ years experience in a similar position in a commercial environment (customer care, technical support);
- Computer skills - intermediate/advanced: Word, Excel;
- Adaptable person, proactive
- Ability to work independently and to cooperate internally and externally
- Directed toward details and ability for precise work.

- Customer-oriented skills, sense of service, good interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
- Team-player, manages time and workload effectively

- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically;
- Follow standard help desk procedures;
- Redirect problems to the appropriate resource;
- Processing and centralizing database;
- Preparation of specific reports;
- Preparing and processing reports required by the head of the department.
