System Engineer for TIS - PSS TSR

Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) provides safety support, minimizes fuel consumption and reduce pollution. Beside these, other functions are under development, functions which imply BLE communication, Cloud data storing and processing etc. The candidate will be part of TPMS System Engineering team with focus on System Engineering and Architecture, from Concept Phase through Design Phase. Your responsibilities as System Engineer will be:

* Review of Customers and Stakeholders Requirements;
* Allocate the requirements for individual system components and transfer them to dedicated design teams (e.g. HW, SW, MD.);
* Act as a central contact person for project requirements and all requirements related topics within a project;
* Identify (functional) risks and propose measures;
* Manage and find solutions for technical issues jointly with the engineering team;
* Coordinate technical teams to decide about technical solutions when a new request from the customer is identified.
* System Architecture;
* Concepts definition;
* System Design update;
* Integrate Safety Concept in System Design;
* Responsible for de-composing the system into system components and into disciplines (HW, SW, MD..etc);
* Participates to the reviews and to the release of the discipline architecture (SW, HW, MD);
* System BOM composition (input from Hardware & Mechanical and System Technology), periodical checks, updates;
* Creates and Leads the System Architecture Specification, according to required: quality, acceptance criteria, technical feasibility. You will have an assigned mentor the entire integration period that will help you integrate in the organization and guide you towards taking your own responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

* University Degree (Computer Science, Informatics, Automation, Electronics);
* Minimum 3 years experience required in one of following domains: HW, SW architecture, embedded SW development, Algorithm development;
* Electronics, mechanical and software knowledge - medium level;
* Medium knowledge of Requirement Engineering Fluent in English;
* Good Planning and Coordination Skills;
* Good communication Skills;

Would represent a plus:

* Working with Doors;
* General Automotive Knowledge;
* Working with Rhapsody (SysML);
* Knowledge of FMEA;
* Knowledge in SE development standards (CMMI, ASPICE,...);
* Security knowledge;
