What You'll Need:
Pursuing a Technical University or University of Economics/ Business or related technical discipline.
Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and then break them down into more granular level requirements.
Effective communication skills: ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
Self-motivated and resourceful and determined.
Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of organizational skills.

The Product Owner Trainee will work under the direction of the Project Manager Team Lead to assist in driving projects to successful completion.

This role will be part of the PM Team where all the business magic happens, meaning that there a lot of projects to be handled and a lot of challenges to be tackled each day. With this being said, we are also looking in refining all of our internal procedures, so just keep an open mind as all suggestions are welcomed and considered.

The internship is on a 3-months contract, full time, with start date as soon as we identified the most suitable candidate. 

Responsibilities:
Assists with the definition and direction of complex features and enhancements.
Defines and documents stories and conditions of acceptance with other stakeholders' input including Developers and QA.
Validates proposed value with customers and prospects using research, prototypes, and designs.
Identifies cross-team dependencies when leading a feature through the development process.
Helps drive features through the development process by working with engineering, prioritizing functional requirements, making appropriate scope tradeoffs, and ensuring completed. capability satisfies customers’ needs in a timely manner.
Learns customer needs by participating in customer & internal stakeholder meetings.
Ensure project documentation is done, complete and easily available.
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders; facilitate communication, be transparent.
