Previous experience (min 3 years) in developing brand and marketing strategies;
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies;
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns;
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix;
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind;
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers;
Outstanding communication skills;
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices;
Digital Marketing knowledge; Facebook/Google ads, Community Management, Google Analytics and FB insights
Degree in marketing or a related field.

We are looking for a new team member to help us raise brand awareness, to develop and implement marketing activities that increase brand value and market share. As a Brand Manager you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives, to plan budgets, forecast sales figures and to assess KPIs and ROI. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing and communication activities for brands following an omnichannel strategy.

Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates;
Designing the marketing and sales plan on the managed brand and follows its implementation;
Increasing product sales and market share;
Defining the strategic line of the brand according to the company's strategy;
Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values;
Following the evolution of sales and the reaction of consumers to new campaigns;
Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights;
Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities;
Shaping and communicating our vision and mission;
Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies;
Digital marketing campaigns and community management Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates;
Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
