In Jucu, Cluj county, Bosch operates a production unit for electronic components for the automotive industry since 2013. The plant features also a Training Center in the Bosch campus opened in 2017, and equipped with modern training rooms and workshops equipped with state-of-the-art tools for the training of high-school students in the dual educational system, but also for the continuous development of Bosch associates.

As part of its strong commitment to Romania, Bosch has extended their products portfolio and increased the professional development of their associates to reach the customer demands. In the Automotive Electronics Plant Bosch manufactures electronic control units for eBike powertrain and for driver assistance and safety electronics, which provide safety in traffic and increase driving convenience.

In order to increase competitiveness and make production more efficient, Bosch has implemented Industry 4.0 solutions at the Automotive Electronics Plant in Cluj, such as the MES Manufacturing Execution System.

Education:

? University degree in Technical Field

Experience and Skills:

? Broad technical knowledge about manufacturing of series production

? Demonstrated ability in leading multifunctional teams

? International Leadership Experience is a plus

? Experience in Automotive Manufacturing area of at least 5 years

? Experience in Quality of at least 5 years

Certifications:

? Certified Lead Auditor VDA 6.3

? ISO9001 Auditor

? IATF 16949 Auditor

Languages:

? English - a good level is mandatory

? German - it is not mandatory, but it is an advantage

Your valuable contribution to something big

? Leading the team of quality system engineers and auditors in CljP.

? On-boarding, off-boarding, successor planning, position leveling in order to ensure, that we have the right experts incl. proxies for each topic

? Coaching and training of team and related interfaces for topics within QMM-P- responsibility in order to built up and increase required competencies

? Improve and steer the quality management system and process landscape of CljP (process architect for CljP)

? Coordinate and conduct Internal manufacturing process audits (VDA 6.3) and relocation audits (Planning, performing, reporting and follow-up. Ensure systematic and sustainable problem solving.)

? Ensure, that we pass external and internal System Audits (according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ...)

? Type approval Coordination

? Functional Safety Coordination according to ISO 26262

? Steering of Lessons Learned (LL) methodologies and activities in CljP

? Initiate and drive Quality Awareness Campaigns

? Support implementation of value-stream-Q-Basic principles (14Q principles)

? Reporting and presentations

? Drive digitization in Quality - Q4.0 & i4.0

? Contribution and active leading of improvement projects and benchmarks

? Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

? Actively collaborate with other areas and cross-functional departments

? Manage the complexity of the business: people, resources, improvement of efficiency, dealing with ambiguity, Creativity, Self-development. Conflict Management and Priority Setting are critical for this role.
