Web Production Specialist

The Web Production Specialist is responsible for keeping Veeam corporate portals and websites up to date and in perfect condition.

Primarily responsible for content modifications, additions, deletions and implementing approved digital enhancements within a web-based content management system.

Continually monitor the website in a proactive manner to ensure that information is accurate, content is current, and pages are free of errors.

Keep up to date on all web guidelines and standards. Work with Web Project, SEO, Product Marketing, Creative, Front-end and Localization teams to make certain that the proper guidelines are followed across all digital channels.

Maintain multimedia, including photo galleries, slideshows, and videos embedded in Web pages.

Manage all work request within a tracking system.

Distribute posting notification to the appropriate stakeholders.

Verify that all content is approved through proper channels and systems prior to posting.

Share experience with team members, organize trainings, workshops and meetings.

Update knowledge base for internal using, organize and structure materials, find issues which need to be covered.

Investigate bugs and find ways of the most effective fixing and providing suggestions for avoiding them in future.

Explorer new systems and tools, find new solutions for work

Suggest and test improvements for processes and systems.

Constantly monitors corporate business news and stays in the loop of latest changes in goals, plans and strategies. Keeping track of new product releases as well as marketing activities.

Working knowledge of computer software such as Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet browsers

Knowledge and/or experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager CMS is a strong plus) and tracking systems (e.g. JIRA, Trello, Redmine etc.)

Must have excellent skills in editing various types of web content ranging from general text content to specialized digital content

Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web analytics

English - advanced level
