    For our client, a multinational appliances company, we are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Manager that is eager to develop its career in a professional environment.
    Among responsibilities will be:

    • Defines together with MD and manages the brand and product communication strategy using a variety of online & offline media to increase brand awareness, product sales and market share
    • Co-establishes and managing marketing budgets
    • Manages product portfolio & set price positioning for new products
    • Manages trade marketing projects & activities
    • Plans and executes the new product launches
    • Creates, execute, and manage marketing projects and campaigns for defined brand
    • Prepares marketing presentations and other marketing material in order to best support the function
    • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
    • Analyze sales data and make recommendations to sales department
    • Supports sales preparing account-based marketing projects
    • Increasing product sales and market share
    • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
    • Overall responsibility for the assigned brand on Romanian market
    • Co-create with MD the local marketing strategy
    • Co-operate with HQ team to implement global strategy to local market
    • Coordinates all marketing activities across assigned products and brand
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create digital activities
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Negotiate agencies’ fee
    Skills to perform the job:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
    • 3+ years' experience in marketing management (brand/product/digital/trade/category)
    • Extensive and proven experience in planning digital marketing campaigns
    • Proven project management skills
    • Strong analytical ability – analyze data (sales, ROI, GM, marketing KPIs) etc
    • Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities
    • Deep understanding of the business environment
    • Passionate, creative thinker, problem solver & a good listener, able to respond to results and consumer / markets trends
    • Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
    • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
    • Advanced English
    • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
