Requirements
Education: Faculty of Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
Competences: Knowledge of the Appian System and its technologies (Custom Data Types, expression and query rules, sites creation, design and integration with other system using REST and SOAP, JDBC connections, web services, user security management). Basic knowledge of XML, HTML, SQL and Oracle. Knowledge of basic UX system and command will be appreciate. Analysis and attention to detail, ability to notify defects, teamwork, skill, accuracy, perseverance, using specialized terminology, holding communication skills and problem solving.
Experience: Newly graduates of Faculty/Master; any experience with Appian or other BPM tools will be an advantage
Others: English at a good level, Flexibility, Dynamic person

Supportmaintain all the Appian application and processes (ex: User management, Troubleshooting, bug fixing and evolutions) via Email, Teams and Ticketing system.
Design and implement solutions with Appian low-code platform. Communicate with your Service owner and developer teams in Milan and business owners when needed during the design and implementation phase.
Planning and managing the platform upgrade and evolution with collaboration of Appian engineer.

Responsibilities

- First and Second Level Support
- Interact with HQ developer teams following Agile approach as well as interacting pro-actively when needed
- Deployment of the applications or single corrective/evolution patch
- Monitor the applications using the internal Appian Monitoring Tool in order to fix possible errors and Bugs
