Project Manager AES (Allianz Engagement Survey)

Job role
In this position you will be responsible for responsible for Allianz Engagement Survey Management (preparation/run) for Allianz Technology SE.

 Responsibilities

• Collaborate together with the lead PMO to ensure E2E preparation and run of the Allianz Engagement Survey;
• Operational support in post-survey data analysis and reporting;
• PMO for entire Engagement Cycle (Jan-Sept);
• Go-to person in case of any questions concerning AES survey or follow-up;
• Prepare quarterly reporting for SE;
• Guides HR BPs through the process and instructs what to deliver;
• Facilitation of AES Follow Up;
• Operational support in training execution;
• Preparing training slide decks for HRBPs and Managers;
• Understand & get expertise in the necessary AES tools: mThrive, Orga manager, EDC file (Employee Data Collection) ;
• Manage access rights requests;
• Outlook management: set up calls/ meetings, send out invites, do follow ups etc;
• Active engagement in global AES expert community.

• Experience as a Project Manager preferably in a multinational company;
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Expertise in process improvement is a plus;
• Good presentation skills;
• Fluency in English is required.

• Ability to work independently as well as engaging with various stakeholders in virtual teams across various continents and cultures;
• Very good communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics also for nonexperts, manage various interests and steer discussions to a desired end;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, hands on mentality with capability to deliver results;
• Good assertiveness and organizational skills, capable of dealing with multiple priorities.
