About role:

This is an Sr. Cloud Engineering Manager role that is responsible for owning and delivering the Falcon Discover product for CrowdStrike IOT verticals from concept to release and support. Falcon Discover is an asset and inventory visibility tool.

He/ She would work closely with product management to understand the customer requirements and define the delivery roadmap for the product. The role would require the person to collaborate with other Engineering and partner teams, form the right strategy and deliver an innovative product that can scale horizontally across verticals for required use cases.

The engineering leader will focus on the organizational health while meeting or exceeding engineering deliverable goals. This includes working across the organization and time zones for collaboration. Strong communication and organizational skills across geographies is essential.

The successful candidate should have had experience building and leading a team focused on scalable cloud products. Work experience in the security industry, specifically in ICS/OT security is highly desirable.

This role is open to candidates from Europe, remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the Discover for IOT technical team as needed

• Own product delivery and its features from concept to delivery and support.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and multi-functional team across various physical locations including product management and other engineering disciplines

• Work with a team of high-performing product professionals in a very collaborative environment

• Other projects as assigned

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in development and management of technology products.

• Excellent skills to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a distributed team across functional groups

• Experience of delivering scalable cloud products

• Familiarity and experience with the Agile process

• Experience in Cybersecurity industry, asset and inventory management, specifically in IOT/ICS domain is a strong plus
