    About the Role:

    CrowdStrike is seeking a Solution Architect to expand Robotic Process Automation with AI/ML technologies to enable growth and scale the business. As a Solutions Architect, you will work as a core member of interdisciplinary teams to deliver viable solutions for our businesses to adopt by translating strategies into action, providing significant ROI, reducing risk, and achieving enterprise-wide strategic objectives. 

    This is a remote position which can be performed anywhere in the US, EMEA and Canada.

    Responsibilities:

    • Designing and maintaining solution architecture and technical roadmaps for intelligent automation capabilities using an effective, agile approach.

    • Understand customer needs, conduct current state analysis and explore multiple solutions and/or vendor offerings to minimize risk and deliver sustainable solutions.

    • Ability to design cloud-native solutions for end-to-end process automation across the organization 

    • Derives, challenges and can comprehend and speak to detailed application requirements

    • Manages multiple engagements and priorities autonomously and in parallel

    • Understands, communicated, and develop standards, processes where appropriate.

    • Showcase capabilities, cultivate use-cases and drive adoption of RPA

    • Define and maintain the security architecture to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the solution, including access to RPA solutions, specific access to data, based on security roles

    • Work closely with business analysts and developers to automate the targeted processes

    • Work with key project stakeholders to identify, track, and escalate risks and issues

    • Design and build proof of concept solutions as needed

    • Develop data privacy and security policies for the RPA program

    • Develop guidelines and standards for RPA & AI/ML solution configuration and ensure the solution continues to meet performance, security, and maintenance requirements

    • Perform design and configuration reviews to ensure that solutions are adhering to defined standards

    • Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory and overall data compliance and adherence to business process controls

     Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field

    • 10+ years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology fields.

    • Direct experience in deriving the Robotic/Intelligence Process automation capabilities & roadmap

    • Extremely strong technical foundation with a solid background in system design, architectural patterns, and ability to map technology concepts across various technology platforms

    • Ability to develop strategy, technology roadmap, and best practices on Software Development Life Cycle

    • Excellent communication skills. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior Experience in RPA platforms such as UIPath/Automation Anywhere

    • Experience in setting up Automation COE with long term vision along with building data lake to monitor for better ROI

    • Prior Experience in Cognitive platforms and the ability to develop AI/ML frameworks using OCR and NLP technologies.

    • Prior experience in ETL, Database and Analytics solutions  

    • Solid understanding of security best practices, including OAuth2, SAML protocols. Hands-on Experience with C#, Java, exposure to Python.

A candidate’s final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors to include, but not limited to relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
