What you need for this position

Minimum 3 years of experience in GL accounting and fiscal areas
Bachelor Degree in Economical Field
Experience in multinational companies, working with different global teams
Good level of English work
Advanced in Excel
Good team worker, adaptability, flexibility in a changing environment

Prepare, make and record accounting entries in accordance with pre-established deadlines as well as Group and local rules
Check and analyze accounts in accordance with accounting quality standards and make substantiated accounts available to internal customers
Review the fixed assets transactions and fixed assets register recorded and prepared by Global teams in order to ensure the transactions are correctly recorded according to group and statutory rules; collaborate with Global teams in this respect
Prepare all the statistics reports
Prepare tax returns and other statutory tax declarations (as back-up activity)
Support the business with advices in terms of fiscal implication of different transactions, necessary documentation required to support the transaction
Participate in preparing answers to questions from tax authorities
At each audited closing, be capable of explaining all aggregates for which he/she is responsible and defending positions adopted (before accounting managers and auditors)
Validates all deliverables produced by auxiliary accounting
Propose in accordance with Group standards simplifications and improvements serving to optimize the processes he/she deals with
Provide requested information to internal and external auditors
Contributes to and participates in progress activities
Perform internal controls within her/his remit in accordance with internal controller's instructions and on schedule
Assists with preparation of materials and presentations for the accounting managers
Execute any other tasks requested by the manager in order to realize the short term objectives of the department
