You come with
C1 English level;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Ability to work independently without continuous supervision;
Easily adaptable to new circumstances, technologies and procedures.
A day in Conectys
Coordinates the QAs and the Trainers;
Ensure that customer requirements are met by the team;
Updates daily progress in related reports and monitoring carrying out activities following the agreed plan/strategy;
Monitors and evaluate training sessions’ effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them;
Prepares operational quality & training analyses for the projects coordinated;
Works with account manager/s to address quality and learning issues, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
