    Since 2014, Linde Global Services Romania (LGS Romania) is the captive shared service center of Linde plc based in Timisoara, processing and supporting a variety of intra-company functions and services in the area of Order-to-Cash for Linde Germany and Linde Switzerland. In addition, global business streams of Linde plc as Business Reporting & Analytics, Continuous Improvement & Automation, are being actively supported by our professionals.

    The profile of our future colleague includes:
    • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Mandatory advanced level of ENGLISH language (B2-C)
    • Intermediate level of German language is a plus
    • Good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
    • Customer support/ customer service experience; Focus on customer satisfaction
    • Detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
    • Presentation and training delivery skills

    Responsabilitati

    The TRACE Analyst compares information about company business partners (customers, suppliers, banks, etc) against international lists of sanctioned parties (individuals and entities) that our company is prohibited from doing business with, by analysing potential matches and clearing any false positives in the process.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Collect and disseminate data reports according to use
    • Run periodic reports and perform periodic activities to verify the compliance of customers, suppliers and other third parties in the system, and, as appropriate, informing the Local Organization and/ or the compliance officer, on the identified cases
    • Create and deliver reports/presentations/process maps required by customer and line manager as part of business dynamics
    • Coordinate with other business partners like administrators, customer service officers, business managers and compliance branch according to business deliverables
    • Provide technical insight for process related topics
    • Create materials and deliver trainings to business partners
    • Create on a regular basis the working procedures; update of documentation, working procedures, internal policies, as well as informing the manager and teammates of changes/modifications/updates; maintain quality in the required standards and constantly improve the performance of processes; collaborate with team and team manager on workload and fair sharing of shared responsibilities
    • Maintain quality standards and improves process performance
    • Respect the confidentiality and secrecy of company information towards third parties
