    • Bachelor's degree - Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, or related degree;
    • Language: English is mandatory and any other language will be a plus;
    • Willingness to work in nights shifts during closing and forecasting processes (average 3 nights shifts /month) - effort will be compensated accordingly;
    • Previous working experience in controlling or finance area would be a plus;
    • Proficient computer skills: SAP Module CO and MS Office, especially Excel;
    • Preferably basic knowledge of the database management systems SAP Business Warehouse, Oracle Hyperion Essbase Enterprise Planning and MS SQL Server;
    • Team player and ability to work in a flexible way, resilient;
    • Customer service and communication skills;
    • Likes to work with numbers; analytical skills;
    • Willingness to travel, willingness for intercultural cooperation.

    Job Description
      Performing activities for our regional controlling team in North America, you will take part in regular team meetings as a virtual team member, collaborate and communicate closely with the team members and you will be in charge of:
    • Preparing P&L statement for legal entities (Actuals, Forecast);
    • Updating and providing standard reports to the Region (e.g. PCR, Daily Sales etc.);
    • Supporting in different Controlling processes (e.g. Sales planning, Cost Center planning etc.);
    • Driving continuous improvement of controlling services;
    • Supporting task transfer in transition projects;
    • Preparing and updating desktop procedures, process and work instructions;
    • Ensuring on-time delivery as well as data quality in all process steps by validating data;
    • Reading, understanding and applying the procedure from area of responsibility;
    • Any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior.
