Accounting Reviewer Pool

MISSION : The Accounting Reviewer Pool ensures accounting quality of activities in accordance with Group-defined deadlines and local and Group accounting standards. 
o    He/She is responsible for accounting data and economic consistency for accounts in his/her scope (companies/processes).
o    He/She is responsible for critical tasks that are part of accounting closing process.
o    He/She may play the role of Key User on a defined scope upon the line manager’s decision.  Job Description
Main activities:
o    Critical tasks to perform control, produce monthly accounts and close books within deadlines.
o    Quality and completeness of information recorded in Subledgers, General Ledger and also all detailed accounting reports according to the processes concerned. Action plan to address non quality and improve quality.
o    Analysis and control of accounting transactions, reporting to Company (ies)'s CBS Leader and Local Accounting Manager.
o    Process(es)’ deliverables and data necessary for Legal auditors and tax/regulations controllers are provided within plan deadlines and comply with expected quality level.
o    Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational decisions.
o    Regarding the Key User part: first level contact towards operational people concerning any question about his/her scope, ERP tools and other systems tests, training service.  Ideal candidate should have:  •    Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
•    Medium English language knowledge (French language would be a plus)
•    At least 2 years accounting/reporting experience (GL/AR/AP)
•    Good excel skills
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
