Business Analyst Procure to pay

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Basic understanding of procurement processes and procurement intelligence
Experience working in and maintaining data in P2P tools using excel and others relevant to client’s processes
Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
Previous experience with P2P processes and tools is a good-to-have
Professional communication skills are essential when communicating with vendors and client stakeholders
Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges
Good knowledge of procurement process and vendor data management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure with a proven track record to deliver against objectives. Experience of self-managing and using initiative to problem-solve
Ability to bring innovative with out-of-the-box thinking

Responsibilities
Product / supplier data enrichment as per client guidelines
Data normalization and standardization as per client guidelines
Catalogue management for client’ existing vendors and new vendors
Develop electronic catalogs for all products and services purchased through P2P
Maintain current and onboard new vendors to the P2P system
