    Purchase coordination of all admin Romanian offices
    Periodical contractor negotiation for administrative purposes
    Creation orders & reception in Senior software;
    Facility Bucharest office administration : maintenance, liaison with the Landlord, security issues
    Travel : booking, preparation drive log
    Translation services management
    Insurance related to all offices
    Coordination cleaning ladies & reception person for Bucharest office
    Docusign document preparation
