    Required qualifications and experience
    • University degree in Economics;
    • 2- 3 years of similar professional experience or within Big4, would be an advantage;
    • Proficient in Excel;
    • Advanced English speaker
    • Multinational Working Environment

    Responsabilitati

    Job purpose
    Support financial analysis and reporting, aiming at delivering to the management accurate and timely data at all times for business decisions.

    Key accountabilities
    • Actively involved in the preparation of Annual Budgets and quarterly financial forecasts;
    • Provides timely and accurate information in the preparation of the monthly management report and Budgets (Sales, Direct Material Cost, Logistics, Opex, OH etc.);
    • Prepares analysis variations between actuals and budgeted numbers and provides relevant explanations
    • Evaluates financial risks and proposes relevant provisions and accruals (Discounts, Warranty related, Obsolescence & Slow Moving, other business specific accruals);
    • Ensure a bridge between BI reporting (HFM) and ERP (BaaN LN) ;
    • Participates to process improvement projects;
    • Develops and executes ad hoc reports in order to support various business projects;
    • Suggests improvements on ERP and reporting processes, recommending controls where applicable
    • Support the internal & external audits requests;
    • Provide assistance for statutory mark-up per activity analysis (Transfer Pricing file related);
    • Keep abreast of developments and implement best practices; build upon existing knowledge, methods and systems;
