• Bachelor's degree preferred
• English – must have
• 2+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role
• Project management and leadership experience
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
• Strong people management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Provide business operations support on the financial, administrative, and contractual aspects of a business unit
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all business functions
• Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Evaluate current business processes and recommend corrective action plans for improvements
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and standards
• Track, measure, and resolve performance issues and risks
• Perform financial and administrative activities including budgeting, reporting, reviewing, estimating, and analysis
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase business efficiency
• Develop and update training programs based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from process users
• Identifying ways to improve customer experiences
• Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels
• Handles purchasing and logistics
• Manages the supply chain
• Overseeing the operation and team and assigning tasks
• Training new employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed
• Interacting with customers and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Tracking and reporting on operational performance
• Maintaining policy and procedure documents
• Analyzes how information is recorded and how the process can be improved.
• Analyzes customer needs and determines how operations can be altered to improve service to customers and better meet their needs
• Evaluates all company operations to make sure they are compliant with safety standards and other rules and regulations of the industry
• Creates a “whistle blower” system that allows employees to report potential hazards
• Audits legal documents that can impact the company
• Manages quality, costs and the efficiency of the organization
• Reengineers processes to improve efficiency
• Promotes a smooth delivery system for products and services going to clients.
• Oversees quality control
• Works to deliver excellent products and services at the lowest cost possible
• Provides logistics support for training sessions and business conferences
• Processes purchase orders
• Ensures that corporate accounting policies and procedures are kept
• Assists with financial reporting
• Tracks expenditures to ensure the company does not go over budget
• Assists with office administration duties
• Conducts operational research
• Solves complex problems relating to the operation of the business
• Stays up-to-date on software that is commonly used in the industry
Net Salary range: 4400 Ron - 4800 Ron
