Essential Requirements

- Advanced German and English
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently
- Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)

Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

- Overseeing the Order Management workflow to ensure highest quality and productivity in processing of orders
- Collaborating on complex customers issues with other departments
- Ensuring that processes are compliant with the internal financial rules
- Developing action plan for non-complete orders
- Providing support to various Dell Technologies departments
