    Cerinte

    • controlling the Sourcing mechanism in offshore centres: on boarding; internals vs externals; attrition; drop-outs; cross-service movements (IJP and shift-left):
    • Analyse TSS sourcing processes to ensure right capacity is in place to cope with existing and new demand:
    o HC/FTE reports
    o Define SSC skill matrix
    o Staffing / Hiring plan
    o Anticipate evolving of HR needs, Sourcing strategy

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Providing meaningful reporting (headcount and employee data analytics) for Accelerate and TSS Steerco Governance
    • Resource Utilization ( Monitoring and Tracking resources against business requirements)
    • Providing head count reports to TSSC stakeholders for Decision making & Resource Optimization
    • Lead the resource management initiatives in TSSR, across pillars and service lines.
    • Provide future projections of bench resource view, basis the BPT plans of the service lines.
    • Establish an accurate understanding of impact of efficiency generated through BPT initiative and related resource mapping on TSS bench.
    • Work closely with Service Line Leads and HRBPs to identify and implement redeployment solutions as an outcome of BPT initiative.
    • Ensure 100% use of the bench management tool. Provide support to service lines for effective utilization of the tool. Work closely with business management team (in Romania) to ensure that BPT efficiency reconcile with bench outcome and work with Service Lines for related actions
    • Implement timely resource deployment by means of effective bench management. Use skills data from the skills inventory in order to propose deployment solutions for bench resources
    • BPT Resource validations: Validate efficiencies generated by business in separate categories - HC reduction (resource releases, IJP movements, no backfills) and Work absorption.
    • Track, monitor and align actual headcount with budgeted headcount on a weekly and monthly basis. Establish governance to ensure business is adhering to TSS Business Rules related to headcount

    Also, part of Skill Development function the role will manage:

    • TSSR Skill Inventory – technical and business administration
    • TSSR Knowledge Management System - technical and business administration



    With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

    Resource Management

    • Implement and Execute the Resource Management process in TSSR as designed by TSS OPC
    • Participate in review and update of the Resource management process
    • Drive the digitalization of the data analysis component and contribute to the transformation from the Excel version to database and web analytics tools.
    • Frequently interact with TSSR senior management in order to clarify resource variances.
    • Track, monitor and align actual headcount with budgeted headcount on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Talent pool- Bench management
    • Work closely with Service Line Leads to identify and implement redeployment solutions as an outcome of BPT initiative
    • Implement timely resource deployment by means of effective bench management.
    • Collaborate with TSSE and TSSI Resource management roles in order to ensure process alignment between the TSS centres
    • Build Monthly Headcount Data Reports & Pyramids Reports to Accelerate and TSS Steerco Governance
    • Activity Types (require creation & modification) – minor changes & tracking required regularly.
    • Timesheet completion tracking and follow-ups (reports are available in EVO)
    • Timesheet validation across WBS across CC (sanity checks will be required).

    Skill Inventory

    • Act as TSSR SPOC for Skill Inventory System/Application
    • Technically administer and customize the Skill Inventory System to support the TSSR business needs
    • Extract monthly reports from the system and provide input to the organisation
    • Ensure accuracy and data completion in the system

    Knowledge Management System

    • Act as TSSR SPOC for Knowledge management System/ Application
    • Technically administer and customize the Skill Inventory System to support the TSSR business needs
    • Extract monthly reports from the system and provide input to the organisation
    • Ensure accuracy and data completion in the system

    CGA

    • Prepare and provide monthly reporting of actual spend versus business cases, budgets, forecast for various periods as required: current month, YTD, YTG, by cost category and services
    • Initiate & conduct discussions with stakeholders for clarifying the variances between Actuals and Forecast, for HC and costs
    • Be involved into the business case process of cost center creation, people tagged at cost center level either live or in transition, payroll reclasses
    • Prepare all the ad-hoc required and relevant anlysis for supporting performance and decision making.

    Responsabilitati

    • Experience in Resource Management or user management
    • Stakeholder Management & Project Management
    • Good Analytical Skills
    • Advanced MS-Excel Knowledge
    • SharePoint administration
    • Database systems understanding
    • Basic knowledge of integrating Excel and MySQL
    • Should be able to communicate assertively at all levels.
    • Knowledge of demand management processes
    • Knowledge of resource life cycle (recruitment/staffing)
